Ottawa DowntownLocated in the Ottawa Valley in the eastern part of the province of Ontario is this beautiful city known as Ottawa. Geography of Ottawa
Located on the south bank of the Ottawa River, around the mouths of the Rideau River and Rideau Canal lies this splendid Ottawa, a place for everyone. Lower Town is the oldest section of Ottawa lying between the canal and the rivers. Then to its centre lies the heart of the city known as the Central Ottawa which is the financial and commercial centre. Ottawa has are many urban areas including the former cities of Glocester, Nepean and Vanier plus the former village of Rockcliffe Park and the suburban communities of Manotick and Orleans.

The city of Gatineau which forms the border between Ontario and Quebec lies just across the Ottawa River. Known as the "National Capital Region" the city is administered separately but still come under responsibility of the National Capital Commission.

By Rail to Ottawa
The railway system in Ottawa is far better than any other cities in Canada. With perfect service connects to all major places the railway system is very popular among people. The train station is located near the Riverside Drive exit from Highway 417, just east of downtown. Travelling in train is a spectacular way to enjoy travelling without any problem and this place gives you more than you expect.
